There are many reasons to connect with our loved ones who have passed. Just a few of the more common reasons would be closure, requesting guidance for some particular matter in your life. Often times people simply want to "check in" and see how their loved one is doing. Other times new family members have been born and you may wonder if your loved one is able to witness the lives of their loved ones from beyond the veil that now separates the two of you. There are other good reasons to connect with your past loved ones, and then there are the not so good reasons.
You cannot expect that by simply connecting with a loved one on the other side, that they will give you all the answers. It is after all your life that you are living and as a psychic medium, I am simply delivering their messages the best that I can with my unique abilities. I am much like a telephone, I do not create the messages, I simply deliver them as accurately as possible. I do not pull punches, I will not sugar coat things. I have to answer to the spirits and with the open communication that exists between us, I must honor the messages and not distort them. I will most likely tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
Charles has a strong belief that we are all capable of what he does. His gifts are not unique to him as we all have the potential to connect with our 6th sense. Many of us connect with "spirit" and are not aware of it, or we are and we do not mention it to others. By guiding you to connect with your own abilities many have found that they can sense and communicate with both spirit and animals with practice after a few lessons with Charles as their guide and teacher. Thank you for the reading on Thursday. My friend and I came in just after noon. I went home and called my Mom and Aunt and told them about the red car reference from my cousin. They both had several ideas (one being that I drive a red Mustang) but nothing concrete. You had said that it was bigger than a Matchbox car, perhaps a model car. This morning my Aunt called to tell me about a red toy car, about 6 inches in length that my Great Grandma had and all the kids played with including my cousin. This meant a lot to our family. My cousin committed suicide 11 years ago.
I was also very impressed that you were able to bring my favorite cat through. This cat meant a lot to me. I got him after my divorce. He was the only animal that I acquired without having to consult anyone else. He was mine. You were immediately right on with the details. Siamese, head injury, seemed intentional (wasn't). I know in my heart that it was an accident but still very difficult to think about. I miss him.
Thank you for this and I will be bringing my Mom in to meet you next month for a reading.

-Of Blue Thunderbirds and Old Bags-
During the end of April 2007 and through the first part of May of 2007 I had a few readings that really stood out and here is one that I would like to share a small portion of with you.
This one involves a women who had requested that I connect with her Grandfather. While doing a reading over the phone.
After she gave me her Grandfathers name I began to telepathically call out for him and after a few moments I suddenly said "Blue Thunderbird?" She excitedly exclaimed that it was his car and then she asked if Grandma was with him.
I telepathically relayed the query to him and he responded "what that old bag? Yea ? she wit? me." I telepathically responded to him that I could not pass on that message and that there must be some mistake." He replied, "Now listen here Sonny, you just go ahead and deliver the message as I intended it to be delivered."
I then informed the woman whose Grandfather it was, that I was simply relaying the message and that this in no way was meant out of any disrespect to her or anyone else. I then told her what he had had said to me, "What that Old bag, yea she wit? me!" to which she replied, "Oh! Grandpa!!" That did it for her, as if him pulling up in his car was not enough. Another happy reunion.
Those who have passed seem to for the most part remain just the same in charactor and humor as when we knew them prior to their passing. It never ceases to amaze and amuse me, the many ways that the personality of the deceased reveals itself. A particular manner of speaking, accents, type of humor, catch phrases, and other markers of personality. Of course, not all connections will be as revealing or detailed, but many are.
