Charles Peden is being filmed by a producer with RTL Group. Two locations in the SF Bay Area have been utilized, a private party for rats in San Rafael and the second location was the Benicia/Vallejo Humane Society. Another shoot is planned in LA or San Diego in mid March 2009. RTL Group is the largest provider of televison and radio content in Europe with about 200 million viewers in 11 countries.
