Matters of the heart, finances, career and life paths can all be looked into and projected into the future. It is important to note that Charles may not be able to answer some of your questions, while other questions may be answered quite easily. Charles does not just give you answers, he empowers you to make a more informed decision regarding your life's path by providing additional insight and another perspective, (such as your past loved ones advice on the matter.) The future is not cast in stone, what Charles sees is simply the most likely outcome at this time.

When I take a look into the future, I often view the past and the present in order to project into the future. What I do is not fortune telling. I act like a computer program that is designed to provide the most likely path of a hurricane. I take your questions and then based upon your past in the area being questioned combined with your present priority systems, beliefs and thought processes remaining, project the most likely outcome. Some things are easier to see then others, we all have influence over the paths that are lives are taking, we are able to affect some future events more then others based upon how much our involvement is tied to the event.
For example, if I see you having a fight with your loved one and sleeping on the couch this evening, it is quite possible for you to alter the path of the evening and you may end up in your bed. On the other hand, if you have plans to travel outside the country and I warn you of an international crisis that will unfold and you persist on going, you may find that there is nothing that you can do to avoid what I have seen taking place in the future, other then avoiding the situation by not going in the first place.
Where matters of the heart are concerned, I may have the ability to look into your relationships and many times provide key insights and information to assist you in navigating your personal and romantic relationships. It is important to remember that it is your life that you are living and sometimes you must make decisions for yourself. When it comes to relationships it is important to bear in mind that people may come and go in our lives. I will not cast love spells or try to force relationships to form or remain intact. I will do my best to provide additional insights into your relationships, so that you may make well informed decisions.
Finances are a very tricky area to get into. There are many variables at play and therefore identifying your career path may be far easier then simply telling you which stock pick is your best bet. Once again I will focus on providing the information that you need and not necessarily the information that you wanted to hear.
How do you read the future?
The first thing I will do when reading any of the three following areas, relationships, finances and the future in general is the following. I will ask you to voice your question. For example if you want to know about your career, do not say, I am in accounting at a law firm, where do you see me getting transferred to? Instead you should ask, "What do you see in my career? Will I be transferring anytime soon?" at this point I will request no additional details and will meditate on your career for a minute. I will start to bring details forward about your work, such as your first few jobs, what you did at work recently, what type of work you do etc. At this point after establishing that I am tapping into the correct stream of information, I will address your question in more detail, I may request that you refine or rephrase your question and will proceed from there.
Imagine if you will that time and space are like a large book. Picture this book standing in front of you on it's edge as if it were on a bookcase and you were standing on the shelf next to it, looking at the front cover. When you open the book, you lift the cover of the book towards you and view page one. You begin reading at the top of the page and move sequentially through the book in an orderly fashion, reading from the top down left to right. Each page takes time to read and it also is a fraction of an inch in thickness, to progress through 2000 pages takes a lot of time and the space adds up too. After some time you have read through page 2400 and when you look back you can see that you have covered several inches and it has taken you days if not weeks to reach this point. You truly do have an appreciation for both time and space at this time.
Now, imagine that you were to shift your perspective and that the book has been turned on it's axis 90 degrees. Now instead of looking at the front of the cover of the book, we can see all of the edges of the pages. Next the books pages are slightly fanned apart so that from where we are standing, we can glance into each page all at once. Granted we can only see a small sliver of each page, perhaps only the page numbers and a tiny bit of text, but if we crane our necks and really focus we can pick up more details.
In the example above, I have illustrated how it is possible to glance at nearly any point in history without having to actually move through it sequentially, of course it is a bit different then described, as the pages of the future are still wet and the ink has not dried yet, it has only been set in preparation for inking and the manner in which they are set can, with effort be altered to some degree.

In June of 2006 my father was diagnosed with leukemia and died three days later. None of us had time to say goodbye. I knew Charles Peden for about a year before he called to tell me about the rare gift he received in January of 2006. For many, Charles? explanations of communicating with the dead may have been hard to believe. But my father had been studying life after death experiences since the 1970s so I was familiar with the many experiences others had shared. I?d never considered using a psychic before but it was time to give it a try. When I first called Charles my father had passed but it had not been very long. So Charles put out the word I was interested in communicating with my father and in August he came through.
I was on a 2-hour drive alone when my cell phone rang, I could have sworn that I had turned it off, and it was Charles who said, "Richard I have your Dad with me and he?s ready to talk with you." Being somewhat new at this I decided to ask three "control" questions to see just how convinced I could become of this presumed link from beyond. A month prior to my father?s passing we went on a trip down to one of the barrier islands of Virginia. It was something he had always commented that he wanted to do when we drove past them for the last 30 years. My first question to Charles was what strange thing did my father see when we got out of the car. After a short pause Charles said, "I?m getting a crab. But it is some strange crab and there are lots of them. I think they are fighting since I?m seeing a claw." In real life my father called me over and said look at these crabs doing their calisthenics. There were hundreds of small fiddler crabs raising their large claw in unison as a mating ritual. I?m certain this was something no one else knew since it was a quirky little thing we never spoke of again. Next were two more control questions about the trip and Charles (with Dad?s help) nailed them really well.
He said the goal for this visit was to help my mother release some of the guilt and start the mourning process. He felt badly that he had lost their wedding band 50 years ago and my father wanted me to get a wedding band and give it to my mother since their anniversary was coming up that week. When I asked Charles to describe how my father lost his wedding band (back in the 1950s) it came through with more detail than even I knew about. Later when I gave my mother the band she confirmed everything Charles said, "He lost it while throwing the football in the surf in Ocean City."
Later I asked him (them) for advice on a new business venture my wife and I were in the middle of since it involved a major investment in a property downtown. Charles began laughing and saying that your father must have liked trains. He did have a Christmas train set but birding and gardening were his passions so I just took it as a signal that we did need to move the business out of the house. About two weeks later the business property we were looking at had some issues and we immediately found another one that was absolutely perfect. It was about 30 yards from an old railroad track.
There is no doubt that Charles is a very gifted medium and his talents have continued to develop. He has a sincere desire to help people and can communicate beyond the borders most of us see as everyday reality. I?m saddened by the people that don?t believe since they will be in for quite a shock when their time comes. As my father said just months before he passed, "This will be the millennium of the awakening." In other words, he predicts that what many see as everyday life will be expanded way beyond what we see as reality. The only barriers are the willingness to learn and the limits of responsibility we must exercise so this knowledge is not used in a self-destructive manner.

-Visions of Riots in Lahsa, Tibet a Year in Advance-
Awhile back I had an interview at a metaphysical bookshop that sold crystals, had intuitive readers etc. I was interviewing for a position as a psychic medium. I had an appointment with the owner of the store and was expected to give her a reading so that she could evaluate the way that I work and my abilities.
The reading got off to a bit of a rocky start with me being an hour late (not like me at all) and I knew before long that she was not going to use me, then she asked me about a future event. The owner told me that every year or so she took a group on a trip to Tibet where they would visit Lahsa and it?s fabulous monasteries, temples and warm people. She informed me that they would bring back items that the monks and nuns had made so that they could be sold in her store in order to help support the monasteries and temples.
The owner of the shop then asked me what I saw regarding her upcoming trip in a year or so. I focused on her question and was suddenly shaken to my core. I felt a shudder go through my body as I saw violence and rioting. I saw smoke in the air and soldiers and police imposing martial law. Then I saw the borders closing and the fact that she would be unable to get in the country. That the state department would be issuing warnings about going there and that her trip would not be successful. I then related everything that I saw to her.
I must have said something wrong ? I began to second guess myself and even went so far as to pad everything that I had said by commenting that perhaps what I was picking up was the energy connected to the recent shootings at the Nangpa La pass by the Chinese border guards. She was clearly unhappy with my reading and I was shaken up by what I had seen.
She politely thanked me for coming in and added that she really did not have a use for me, though she might call me some day and that was that. As I drove home I was visited by one of my guides and he told me that I was not supposed to get a position as a reader there and that I had other things in store for me. I then dismissed the whole thing until March 10th of 2009.
As I was sitting in the airport in Oakland waiting for my flight to Burbank I picked up a newspaper and continued to read about the situation developing in Lahsa. On March 10th of 2009 rioting broke out in Tibet and eventually the unrest spread into parts of China that had a large Tibetan population. The borders were sealed and no one was allowed in or out of Tibet as the situation went from bad to worse. Several were killed and the monasteries were under lockdown by the Chinese military and police.
As I was reading the news from Tibet, I couldn?t help wondering if the owner of the shop I had interviewed at was here at home in the states, or if she was out of the country and if so, where was she? Was she stuck outside of the country with a group of travelers that she had arranged a trip with? With the riots taking place, part of my vision was coming true, what about her? Lahsa was still in the news as were other locations in the region that had flared up in the recent violence and once again I wondered if my vision was one hundred percent accurate, or just partially.
I dialed information on my cell phone and was soon connected with her shop. The line rang and after a few rings a woman?s voice answered. I asked to speak with the owner and she informed me that she was the store manager and was taking care of things while the owner was out of the country. Out of the country! Hmm ? really, where I wondered, she then said that the owner of the store was stuck in Katmandu and had her tour group with her. With the unrest in Lahsa they had been denied entry! I thanked her for her time and hung up.
Incredible! I was able to very accurately and with great detail describe world events that had not yet happened and yet came to fruition exactly as I had seen over a year prior.
